How to get a refund

You can request a full refund for any Pilotmoon Software app, for any reason.

  • If you bought from the Mac App Store:

    If you bought it in the last 90 days, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ where you will find the option to request a refund.

    If you bought it more than 90 days ago, go to https://getsupport.apple.com/ and type "refund" in the text box to send your request to Apple support.
  • If you bought directly from Pilotmoon Software:

    Please contact feedback@pilotmoon.com to request your refund, giving the registered email address or order number.
