How to get a refund

You can request a full refund for any Pilotmoon Software app, for any reason.

  • If you bought from the Mac App Store:

    If you bought it in the last 90 days, go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ where you will find a form to request a refund.

    If you bought it more than 90 days ago, Please go to https://getsupport.apple.com/ and navigate the options  "Apps & Software" → "App Store" → "Subscriptions & Purchases" → "Request a refund" then choose the email option.
  • If you bought directly from Pilotmoon Software:

    Please contact feedback@pilotmoon.com to request your refund, giving the registered email address or order number.
